About shipping

We try to ship every pen order as soon as we receive it. In some cases, delays can occur because we don't have the right nibs in stock or we haven't cut the right feed for your nib.

95% of our orders are shipped within three days of being placed. We try to keep our customers informed as to when they can expect their order. Email is the best method of communication for us.

Our guarantee & returns

If you're not satisfied with a Pump Pen for any reason within two months of your purchase, you can return the pen to us no questions asked. We will refund the full purchase price of the pen.

To qualify for a refund, you must:

1. Return the Pump Pen to us in the same condition as you received it. The pen can't show any signs of wear and tear, especially scratches to the exterior of the pen.
2. If you purchased the pen from us, you must return it directly to us. If you purchased the pen in a retail store, you must return the pen to that store.

If you order a Pump Pen, and it doesn't seem to work for you, tell us and see if we can fix the problem. You might need more information about how to use the pen. We might be able to adjust the pen for your specific needs, We work hard to give you the right pen you can use.
