Fountain Pump Pens are Pump Pens with a fountain pen nib. These are distinguished from Dip Nib Pump Pens in the tip of the nib. Dip nibs have no tipping material represented as a tiny ball attached to the tip of the nib. This lets the dip nib draw finer hairlines, but it also prevents the dip nib from moving in any direction. Fountain pen nibs have a ball fixed to the tip, which lets the user move the nib in any direction swiftly and easily. This lets the fountain pen nib draw more casual lines in a free manner, also to write with, but you can't draw as fine a line as you can with a dip nib. There are exceptions, but that is the general rule.
