Warranty, shipping and returns
We warranty our products to be in perfect working order when you receive them.
We try to ship all orders within two business days of their receipt. It it looks like we might be out of stock on one or more items, we will contact you to see if you want a partial order sent with the back order to follow, you want us to hold the order for completion, or you want to cancel.
We provide tracking on all shipments.
When we ship an order out of the United States, we are dependent on the postal system of the transit and receiving countries. Some countries run a better postal system than others. If you have concerns about your country's postal system, we suggest that you make arrangements with us for special package delivery or ask us to send your order to a business address. Businesses usually get better treatment from postal systems.
You can return anything purchased from us for any reason or no reason up to one month after purchase. We will refund the full purchase price plus tax for everything you return. All returned items must be in resalable condition. There can be no cracks, marks, mars or other signs of use and wear. You can have filled the pen with ink or paint. We resell those pens to students and schools at a discount.
If you want to return something after one month, you need a reason. We try to be flexible within reason.
If you damaged a part of your Pump Pen, you can order replacements parts.
Please provide proof of purchase in some manner when you send your return. We suggest you contact us about your return so we can look for it. This is not required, just suggested.
